Totally Happy

Twiins work great, couldn’t be happier for the money

Instructions need more clarity

I haven't been able to ride with the Twiins Duo yet, due to bad winter weather, but I followed the instructions on pairing. The process is strange, in that you pair the units as an intercom, turn them both off, then connect to the phones via bluetooth. When trying to switch between intercom and phone, the process did not work as expected. The HF3 is supposed to control the switching, but it didn't. The HF2 could push the control button and then both units would switch to or from intercom mode. Personally, I'd like it if both units could interrupt the phone connection and go into intercom mode, because either rider or passenger may have an urgent need to start a conversation. Given the strange process of pairing, a broad overview of the process might help prepare the mind of the reader, as well as having some cues as to what certain sounds and led signals mean. I cannot comment about the sound until I ride with the system, so I'll see if I can review that later.

Five stars!

Got the Smart Duo and couldn't be happier! My wife and I can now talk without my having to wait for a stop. They came quickly and set up was a breeze.

Great product

I buy two of the duo packages and they are great , very easy to install and setup, great sound , compact inside the helmet, so happy with it and I do recommend this to anyone ho like to stay on communication or listen to music

Excellent product. Sound is loud and clear. Connects easy. I purposely did not charge it on a long trip and got 30 hours of use using navigation only. Haven't tried playing music the whole trip but I think it should last a day or two easy.
